- Restaurant Night: Pizza for the PTO: Tue, Oct 27 · 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM · Local pizzeria (dine in or takeout). Skip cooking tonight. Mention Harelson when you order and 20% comes back to the PTO.
- Fall Festival: Fri, Oct 30 · 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM · Harelson field and courtyard. Games, a cake walk, face painting, food trucks, and the famous teacher dunk tank.
- Picture Retake Day: Thu, Nov 5 · All day. Missed picture day or want a retake? Return the original packet to the photographer.
- No School: Staff Development Day: Thu, Nov 12 · All day. No school for students. Teachers are in training.
- PTO General Meeting: Wed, Nov 11 · 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM · School library. Fall Festival recap, Fun Run update, and spring fundraiser vote. All families welcome.
- Bobcat Fun Run: Sun, Nov 15 · 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM · Harelson field. Students run laps to raise money for classroom grants. Families are welcome to cheer!
- Family Movie Night: Sat, Nov 21 · 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM · Harelson field. Bring a blanket for a family-friendly movie under the stars. Popcorn is on the PTO.
- Fall Break (no school): Thu, Nov 26 – Mon, Nov 30. No school all week. Enjoy the time with your family!
- Teacher Appreciation Breakfast: Sun, Dec 6 · 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM · Staff lounge. A homemade breakfast for our staff. Sign up to bring a dish or help set up.
- Winter Concert: Thu, Dec 10 · 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM · Cafeteria. Grades K–5 perform in the cafeteria. Doors open 15 minutes before each show.
Latest news
- Help us bring shade to the courtyard (October 22, 2026). Our big project this year: a shade sail over the lunch tables. Watch our progress on the homepage.
- Fall Festival volunteers needed (October 20, 2026). We need 30 helpers for game booths, the cake walk, and cleanup. Shifts are just one hour.
- Book Fair raised $3,412 for our library (October 18, 2026). Thanks to every family who shopped. The library is getting 180 new books this year.
- This year’s budget was approved (October 15, 2026). Members voted to fund classroom grants, field trips, and a shade structure for the courtyard.
- Spirit wear is on sale (October 10, 2026). New Bobcat tees and hoodies are here. Order online and pick up at school, no shipping.
